JN&F was set up in 2011 by Jaba Nemsadze to meet the growing needs of the construction industry refurbishment programmes. In 2017 Vassos Avraamides joined JN&F as joint Managing Director. We wanted to offer our clients a forward-thinking and dynamic team of refurbishment experts, offering a turnkey solution for all our client’s needs. We also wanted to stand out by innovating the industry and offering live information from sites from our bespoke mobile applications, all of which we have achieved.

 

From domestic refurbishments, commercial fit out’s and major external works programmes we have done it all. Working closely with our client to deliver not just the project but to also ensure the fluid transition of documentation and live reporting as works progress.

We have invested heavily into our management team and future to ensure that we become a first choice. Investment into innovations has also allowed us to separate ourselves from many others, from live report on site using our smart phone driven apps and even custom built trackers for our clients to monitor works. Document scanning and smart phone apps have allowed us to dramatically reduce both time and clarity in the paperwork our clients receive. All of the workforce receive the latest bulletins via our system giving H&S updates, legislation changes and other relevant site based information.

We have even gone as far as to send VR and 360-degree photos of our works in progress to clients and on our larger projects live footage from site. We don’t see ourselves as just another construction company but a porthole into the future of innovation in the construction industry meeting time, quality and cost objectives.
